The Low ISO-Lateral Plate Loaded Row has been customized to accommodate the movement of the human body. Thanks to the independent weight mounts, divergent and convergent movements can be performed to develop compensated muscle strength and offer a wide variety of muscle stimulation. It allows for a unique path of movement that contrasts with the lean-back body press.

This ISO-lateral Low Row is a plate-loaded piece of exercise equipment designed to strengthen the back and shoulder muscles through an arc of motion similar to rowing a boat.
