MND-PL18 D.Y Row exercise Triceps, trapezius, deltoid. Underhand grip position combined with overhead pivot dictates a natural arc of movement around shoulder joint. Seat and chest pad are angled slightly to enhance stabilization. Additional handle provided to allow user stabilization during one-arm exercises. Each frame receives an electrostatic powder coat finish to ensure maximum adhesion and durability. The handles allow you to pull comfortably both under and overhand. This unit will blast your lats like no other machine.

The Plate-Loaded D.Y. Row was blueprinted from human movement. Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation variety. Underhand grip positions with overhead pivots deliver exercisers a natural arc of movement.
