MND FITNESS PL Plate Loaded Strength Series is a professional gym use equipment which adopts 120*60* 3mm/ 100*50*3mm flat oval tube (Round tube φ76*2.5) as frame, Brand new humanized design, this appearance has applied for a patent, 3-layers electrostatic paint process, mainly for high-end commercial gym.
MND-PL16 Iso-Lateral Chest Press/ Pull down exercise Pectoralis major, deltoid, triceps, trapezius. This combination machine offers a solution for both chest and back workouts. Lateral Pull down offers an efficient way strengthening the latissimus dorsi. This lateral pull down comes complete with an adjustable seat and foam rollers to provide further comfort and confidence. An additional handle on the lateral pull down provides user stability during one arm exercises. The Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Press/ Pull down was blueprinted from human movement. Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation variety. Horizontal grips simulate a traditional bench press machine for comfort.
