Put your feet on your feet.Hold the handle with both hands.Start stretching your arms and bend your elbows slightly.Slowly pull the handle to the chest position.SIowly return to the starting position.Maintain proper posture and avoid rocking back and forth to handle heavy loads.Rotate the handle,change the starting position,and change the way you exercise .Strengthen your muscles with bilateral,unilateral,oralternating arm movements.
