Choose the right weight.Adjust the seat to make the handle slightly higher than the shoulder.Hold the handle with both hands. Stretch your arms slowly up and keep your back tight.SIowly return to the starting position to avoid collision between repetitions .AIways keep your wrist in a neutral position during exercise. Avoid Iimiting the elbow to the Iimit of the range of activity.

To make the exercise more effective, the angle of the seat and back pad helps the user to easily align the shoulder joint during the exercise for proper loading and better results.
