Exercising Overview:

Choose the right weight.Place your heels on the pedals.Adjust the seat so that the knee is slightly bent.Hold the handle with both hands.Stretch your feet slowly.After fully stretching,stop.Slowly return to the starting position.For one – side training,place your feet on the pedal,but only stretch one foot to push the pedal.
