Select an appropriate weight firstly.Chest press:Adjust back pad to flat position with handles at chest level press handles straight out. shoulder press:Adjust back pad to incl ine position with handles at chest level press handles straight out . Shoulder press: Adjust back pad to upright position with handles at shoulder level press handles straight out.Pause slightly then slowly return to the starting position.
